Every completed quest and match awards you with Gold that you can use to buy upgrades and power-ups (More enhanced Cards and Magic Spells etc.). You must use the Decks of cards to cast spells over your enemies, use differently colored mana cards to use different spells and for summoning the beasts and monsters. You can choose between 5 main quests (Arcana, Skullduggery, Warfare, Piety and Commerce) complete the objectives and earn rewards in the form of Victory Points and upsurge your hold on the city. The game lets you play by setting yourself up into the role of a Masked Ruler of Waterdeep who is bound to deploy agents and goes on quests and adventures to complete the game objectives and to strengthen his rule over the cities of Waterdeep.
